Alicia M. Oaks practices in the area of No-Fault Insurance litigation and focuses her practice at M&T in the area of representation of medical service providers. She graduated with honors from Providence College in 1997. She went on to graduate with honors from Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law in 2002.

Upon her graduation from law school, Alicia spent six years with a well-known insurance defense firm where she specialized in asbestos litigation, premises liability and general negligence.

Alicia is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Association for Justice. She is an active member of the Brownstown Recreation Committee and a Homeowners' Association Board Member. Prior to her legal career, Alicia was an insurance adjuster for a large insurance company where she handled automobile and bodily injury claims.
