Mark Schreier brings over 20 years of experience to the firm as a litigation specialist. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in English in 1980 and then continued his education at the University of Michigan Law School where he obtained his law degree in 1984. Mark is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice for whom he has spoken on a number of topics including issues related to No-Fault Auto Insurance Law and Governmental Liability. Mark also is an appointed case evaluator for the Wayne County Circuit Court.

Mark practices in the areas of No-Fault Auto Insurance Law, Police Misconduct, Legal Malpractice, and Civil Rights. Most of the cases he handles involve catastrophic injury to his clients.

Mark is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell (highest Peer Review Rating for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability).

Mark is Vice-President of Miller & Tischler, P.C. and a member of its Management Committee.
