Maureen Hannon Kinsella has been practicing law in the area of No-Fault litigation for over 10 years. In that time, she has skillfully represented numerous medical service providers and catastrophically injured individuals and their families in No-Fault insurance and ERISA matters. She has prepared and succeeded in trials, arbitrations and appeals.

Maureen is admitted to practice in Michigan and New York State; and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Maureen has lectured in the area of No-Fault trial skills. She is also active in the legal community with memberships in the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar, American Inns of Court, Michigan Association of Justice, the Women's Bar Association and the Brain Injury Association of Michigan.

Maureen is a Vice President of Miller & Tischler, P.C. and a member of its Management Committee. 

Maureen hails from Buffalo, NY where she graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996. She received her law degree from the University of Detroit. While at the University of Detroit, she was the Executive Director of the Moot Court Board, won oral advocacy competitions, competed on a national level in Moot Court, and was an American Inns of Court pupil.
