Wayne Miller is a graduate of the University of Michigan (1976) and Wayne State University School of Law (1979). Recognized throughout the state as an expert in no-fault law and a tireless advocate for the rights of his clients against insurance companies, Wayne represents both the catastrophically injured and their medical care providers in their fight for justice.

Wayne has received numerous honors and recognition from the legal community including the 2019 Outstanding Achievement Award from the Negligence Section of the Michigan State Bar, the 2007 “Most Respected Advocate” by the Michigan Defense Counsel, recognition as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” since 2005, and a “Leader in the Law” by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in 2015.  Most recently, The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a nationally prestigious organization dedicated to the preservation of the right to trial by jury, voted Wayne in as a member.

Wayne also is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School, where he teaches a class in Michigan’s no-fault auto insurance law and has done so since 1998. Wayne also currently serves as Vice President of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) and is chair of the MAJ No-Fault Committee.
