Danielle McMillen graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate's degree in Paralegal studies and Computer Programming from Oakland Community College. She is currently in the Bachelors of Legal Administration program at University of Detroit Mercy and served on the Student Disciplinary Board for two years. She has over five years experience in litigation, specifically First and Third Party Auto Negligence, Brain injuries and Product Liability.

An active member of the Detroit Metro Bar Association, she also served as Chairperson for the Legal Networking Committee and the Mentor/Mentee program for the DMBA Paralegal Division. Additionally, she has donated numerous hours to charitable organizations dedicated to providing legal services to the indigent.
