How MT&V Can Help You

Perhaps the only “silver lining” in the tragedy of a catastrophic motor vehicle accident is the presence of the unique financial support offered by the No-Fault Act. Michigan’s No-Fault Automobile Insurance Law has been considered a model for the nation. Outstanding benefits are delivered to motor vehicle accident victims, without regard to fault. However, the promise of No-Fault benefits may be obscured by its complexity OR insurance company roadblocks.

This section of the website is designed as a resource for those encountering the No-Fault system, whether you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or are an affected family member. We hope you find this information useful. We invite you to please contact us with questions specific to your case and search the Frequently Asked Questions section of this site for more detail. We can help you navigate the No-Fault system and maximize the recovery of benefits you are owed.
