Martin is an experienced litigator who has dedicated his legal career to representing hospitals, healthcare providers, and families of catastrophically injured accident victims in their disputes involving Michigan’s No-Fault Act. He has found success representing his clients in the state trial courts, obtaining substantial jury verdicts on behalf of his clients with steep penalties under the no-fault act being awarded. Additionally, he has helped shape this area of law through his cases in the state’s appellate courts.
Martin received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He graduated from Michigan State University-College of Law in 2011, cum laude. During law school, he represented families of the greater Lansing area in housing law disputes as a Graduate Assistant in the MSU-College of Law’s Housing Law Clinic. Martin is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice. He was recently appointed to the Committee on Model Civil Jury Instructions. Martin also serves on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Bar Association.
