Martin A. Hogg
Martin is an experienced litigator who has dedicated his legal career to representing hospitals and healthcare providers in their disputes involving Michigan’s No-Fault Act. He has found success representing his clients in the state trial courts, obtaining money judgments against auto insurers with interest and attorney fees being awarded. Additionally, he has obtained favorable rulings in the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Martin received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He graduated from Michigan State University-College of Law in 2011, cum laude. During law school, he represented indigent families of the greater Lansing area in housing law disputes as a Graduate Assistant in the MSU-College of Law’s Housing Law Clinic. He is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice.
